I love tsukemen. Specially thick version of Sio or Shoyu. Not too much oil and sourness. This soup has tons of "Asianness". It's sour, total scent reminded me of Thai food. I actually like it a lot because this is wicked curve ball to me. I wanna come back for sure but not for soon baby.
